Every 2 min for 12min  @60- 65% of heavy Double on 1/13/20 (mon). Same weight for all sets

Conditioning:

Every 2 min For 12 min (6 rounds)

5 Kipping swings
5 Toes to Bar
5 Pull-ups
5m Handstand Walk

L2 Knee raises, 1 Wall Walk
L3 Knee raises, Jumping Pullups, 10m Bear crawl

Movements on Rig should be completed as an unbroken set.  Reps can be reduced e.g. 3/3/3
