“Goat Training”
A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it.

Conditioning

Partner Workout!
18 min AMRAP:

  • 5 Toes to bar
  • 7 Burpees
  • 9 Kettle bell swings

L1: 6″ touch, 70/53
L2: Knees to elbow, 53/35
L3: V-ups, 35/25
One person works at a time. Partners alternate each EXERCISE. For example: Partner A completes the T2B, then Partner B completes burpees, then A completes KB swings….and so on…score is total rounds as a team.
