WOD Full Gym:

FULL GYM

Every 3 min for 10 rounds
alternate between

1) 500m Row

2) 30-50 Double Unders
15 DB/KB Swings
10 Box Jump Overs

*5 Rounds of each
*70-80% effort

3 Rounds
20s DB Bicep Curls
10s Rest
20s Renegade Rows
10s Rest
20s Push-ups on DBS
10s Rest

* IF 2 DBs are too heavy for Curls hold one DB on each end.

2) 30-50 Double Unders
15 DB/KB Swings
10 Jumping Lunges

*5 Rounds of each
*70-80% effort
