This week we are starting to transition out of our current strength cycle. This means that this is a testing week. We will test Back Squat and Bench press on Thurs, and other benchmarks this week that I would rather not mention. We are starting to move into our build for the Crossfit Open. This means less of an emphasis on pure strength and more emphasis on conditioning. The ground work has been done, now it’s time to get in really good shape, kill our weaknesses, and peak for the Open. LEGS FEED THE WOLF!
