Strength

Back Squats:

  • 5 x 3 @ 80-85%

Rest 60 sec in between rounds
Bench Press:

  • Complete 3 reps at 50%, then hold for 20 sec at the top, complete 3 reps then hold for 20 sec, 3 reps then hold for 20 sec, then rack it.
  • Repeat with 60%
  • Repeat with 70%

Conditioning
2 rounds:

  • 1 min ME Double Unders
  • 1 min ME Burpees
