“Goat Training”
A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it.

Conditioning

Partner Workout! Partners alternate every 250 m.

While one partner is rowing the other is holding a barbell in the Front rack position. If the barbell is dropped before the row is complete, the rower must stop until it is back in the Front rack position. Score is total meters rowed.
