Conditioning
Partner Workout! Each partner must complete each distance. Example, partner A does 10 swings then run 100 m, then partner B does 10 swings and 100 m run.
3 Rounds:
- 10 KB Swings
- 100 m Run
- 10 KB Swings
- 200 m Run
- 10 KB Swings
- 300 m Run
- 10 KB Swings
- 400 m Run
- …..
Continue pattern of increasing 100 m.
