Conditioning

Partner Workout! Each partner must complete each distance. Example, partner A does 10 swings then run 100 m, then partner B does 10 swings and 100 m run.
3 Rounds:

  • 10 KB Swings
  • 100 m Run
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 200 m Run
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 300 m Run
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 400 m Run
  • …..

Continue pattern of increasing 100 m.
