Strength
Bench press:

  • 3 x 10 @ 60-70%

Use same weights for all sets. 1 set ME strict pull-ups after each set. Rest 1-2 min
Back squat:

  • 3 x 10 @ 70-75%

Use same weight for all sets. 5-10 Box Jumps after each set. Focus on “catching the bounce” rest 1-2 min.
