  • Bench Press (3 X 6 @ 65-75% )

Use same weights for all sets. ME strict supinated pull-ups after each set. Rest 1-2 min

  • Back Squat (3 X 6 @ 75-80%)

Use same weight for all sets. 10-15 Box Jumps after each set. Focus on “catching the bounce” rest 1-2 min.
