15 min EMOM: Hang Squat Cleans
- 1-5 min @ 75% of 1RM
- 6-10 min @ 80% of 1RM
- 11-15 min @ 85% of 1 RM
If after these 15 sets on the minute you feel good, continue to a heavy single with a max of 3 or more singles.
Conditioning

- 5 Hang squat cleans (60% of what you found today)
- 200 m run
