Teams of three!
3 Rounds per person:

  • 3 Rope climbs
  • 15 Burpee box jumps
  • 50 Squats

L2: 2 RC/ 10 BBJ/ 30 squats
L3: 3 Rope lowers/ 5 BBJ/ 20 Squats
All teammates work at one time/one person at each station/ rotate to next station when everyone has completed their reps.
