Back Squat (6×4)
Every 2 min for 12 min (6 rounds) 4 reps at 60% of 1RM.  Same weight for all sets

Conditioning:

16 min EMOM

Min 1-4.   15/12 Cal Bike/Row
Min 5-8.   40 Double Unders
Min 9-12.  120m Shuttle Run
Min 13-16.   2 Rope Climbs

L2 12/10 cal, 20 DU,1 Rope Climb
L3 10/8, 80 Singles, Rope Lowers , Rope Holds.

*Remain at each station for 4 min.
