150 WALL BALLS  FOR TIME 20/14 lbs

-Full extension of the hips

-Ball must hit 10 ft target

-Hip crease below knee/ full depth

 

This is a challenging workout that will test you mentally and physically.  Single modality workouts are a great way to hone your skills.  Do not shy away from this one, it will make you BETTER!
