  • 200 Double Unders
  • 150 Plate Thrusters
  • 100 V-Ups
  • 50 Deadlifts
  • 25 Turkish Getups



Hope the first week of the Nutritional Challenge went smoothly for everone! The next challenge will be released on Monday! You will continue eating breakfast with protein, and meat and veg for dinner but now we are adding a NEW Challenge to it! Have a great weekend!
