Happy Birthday to one of our longest members, Alex Poole! Not only did he just get his first muscle up last week, his team finished first yesterday at the Evviva Urban Challenge! Congrats to everyone who participated yesterday and a special thanks to all the volunteers and to Rex and Krista for all your support!

Nutritional challenge of the week!

Since it is Thanksgiving week, I want you to continue with the last few weeks’ challenges, however, I want you to eat, drink, and be merry this week with your family and friends. Make good choices, and next week we will start portion control!

Recap: Breakfast with Protein, no soda or candy bars, meat and veggies for dinner, and you are bringing your lunch and snacks from home.
