Must complete 10 rounds (every minute on the minute) of each exercise:

  • 15 Jumping Squats
  • 10 Kettlebell swings(53lbs/35lbs)
  • 7 Burpees
  • 5 Pullups

Cashout: 2 min A.M.R.A.P. of  V-ups
