Skill/Strength: The perfect front squat

“Ball Buster”

30 sec/10 sec: 5 rounds

  • Ball sit-ups
  • Ball slams
  • Wall balls
  • Double unders

Announcement!

Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, we will be doing a test workout, “Sage”! Be sure to come on one of these two days! It is a great workout so don’t miss it! If you want to workout on Tuesday and Wednesday, we will have an alternate workout that you can do on Wednesday.

2 Rounds:

  • 20 Thrusters(135lbs/95lbs)
  • 20 Pullups
  • 20 Burpees
