Skill/Strength: rope climbs!



Five rounds for time of:

  • Unbroken Kettlebell swings (53/35 lbs) x Max Reps
  • Box  Jumps (24″/20″)
  • Run 200m

Complete 30 total reps each round. For example, if you do 20 kettlebell swings on your first set, you must do 10 box jumps before returning to the kettlebell swings; if you do 10 kettlebell swings, complete 20 box jumps before starting the next round. If you can easily perform more than 30 consecutive kettlebell swings, drop the bell on 29 and do your 1 box jump before returning to the kettlebell for your second round of max reps kettlebell swings.
