In teams of two, with only one partner working at any given time, and partners alternating each full round, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 62/53Lbs
15 Dumbell Push Press 30/20Lbs
20 Squats

Scaling Note –  The goal of this workout is constant movement, so if the assigned reps of these movements requires excessive breaks, drop the reps (e.g., perform 5, 10, 15 or 3, 6, 9 reps of each movement instead) and keep the quick pace of the workout. These should be quick intervals with something close to a 1:1 work-rest ratio.
