Skill/Strength: Backsquats

 

4 Rounds of 2 min on/2 min off:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • Max rep Burpees

 

You have 2 min to do 50 D.U. and as many burpees as possible in the remaining 2 min. Rest 2 min and repeat for 4 rounds.
