  Skill/Strength: Handstand walks/ Muscle ups

  2 Rounds:

  • 3 min: max rep pullups

(20 squat penalty every time you fall from the bar)

  • Rest exactly 3 min
  • 3 min: max rep overhead plate lunges

(5 burpee penalty every time the plate is dropped)

  • Rest exactly 3 min
