Keeping the chest and elbows up, and the knees out, enables efficient transfer of power from from the legs and hips into the wallball.

 

Skill/Strength: 50 Pullups

 

7 Rounds:

  • 30 sec of Wallballs
  • 30 sec rest
  • 30 sec Double Unders
  • 30 sec rest
