Everyone be safe tonight!

Partner workout!

In teams of two, with one partner working at a time, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

  • 200m Run
  • 3 Deadlifts  155/115 lbs
  • 6 Burpees over the Bar
  • 9 Air Squats
