Skill/Strength: Free-standing Handstands/Walks

5 rounds of  2 min on/1 min rest.  After each 1 min of rest start where you left off the previous round.  Score total number of rounds.  Example “Big Tex” finished  the wallballs and situps and only got 10 double unders during the first round, on the second round “Big Tex” finishes the last 10 double unders.

  • 20 Wallballs
  • 20 Med ball sit-ups
  • 20 Double Unders
