Team Workout!

7 Rounds:

  • 7 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)
  • 7 DB Squat Cleans (40/25 lbs)
  • 7 DB Lunges (40/ 25 lbs)
  • 7 DB Push Press (40/25 lbs)
  • 7 Burpees
  • 7 Box Jumps
  • 7 Ring Rows

In teams of 2, one person works, one person rests. You must complete the all reps at that given movement once you start it. Alternate each movement with your partner.
