“Elephant in the Room”

  • 50 Situps
  • 100 Back Squats (65/45 lbs)
  • 50 Situps
  • 100 DB Clean and Jerks(35/20 lbs)
  • 50 Situps
  • 100 Double Unders
  • 50 Situps
  • 100 Burpees w/ touch
  • 50 Situps

In teams of two, with one partner working at a time complete the following exercises in order.  Partition the reps anyway you want.
