The Goal for the Deadlifts is to find a new 5 rep max.

After each set of Deadlifts perform 6 – 10 ring pushups.

Cash out:

5 Min AMRAP

  • 10 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
  • 5 Burpees over the bar
