Skill/Strength:  Double Under Intervals

Team Workout!

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, partners alternate to complete:

6 rounds per person:

  • 10 Ring Rows
  • 15 Kettlebell swings (53/35 lbs)
  • 20 Squats

Cashout: Partner med ball situps
