“5k Friday”

Pretty self explanatory…we are running a 5k!

Come in ready to enjoy a beautiful day!

*Row 5k also available for anyone who can’t run, as well as shorter routes.

Feb. 5th at 5:30pm FREE CLASS!

Come down and see if you like our new “Yoga for Athletes” with Senna Towner. Its a blend of strength, flexibility, Zen and Rock-n-Roll. If you are un-famailar with basic yoga moves, or want to freshen up before the class starts, show up 15 minutes early for a quick tutorial. This is a class for all ages and skill levels so no excuses! Get the most out of you body. We have some mats, but if you have your own, please bring it.
