Skill/Strength: Kipping Swings, Rack Position

DEATH BY PULLUPS

With a continuously running clock, do two pull-up the first minute, four pull-ups the second minute, six pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

DEATH BY PUSH PRESS (95lb/65lb)

With a continuously running clock do two push press the first minute, four push press the second minute, six push press  the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
