Don’t Forget, Potluck April 21st!


For 30 min, every minute on the minute, you must complete:

  • 5 Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Squats

If you do not finish the round in the minute, continue on at your own pace until you reach 20min.  Scaling options will be available for everyone.

(Note: If you worked out yesterday and ripped your hands, please come pre-wrapped if you plan on doing this workout! This workout is worth it!)
