Skill/Strength: GHD situps

Partner WOD!

  • Each team must complete 75 man makers! (30lb/20lb)

Rules:

  • As one partner  runs 200m, the other must do as many reps of man makers as they can.
  • When the partner returns from the run, your team must draw a card from the deck and complete the required exercise before you continue with your man makers.
