Partner Workout!!! 25min AMRAP:
As one partner runs 400m, the other must complete as many rounds of:
- 3 tire drags (25 m)
- 10 KB Swings (53/35lb)
- 15 Double unders
When one partner returns from the run, they switch and the other picks up in the round where they left off.
