Skill/Strength: Rowing technique/ Ring Dips  5 min EMOM

Partner Workout!

For each round, both people must complete a 500m row while the other is doing a static hold.

Round 1:

  • 500m row
  • Handstand , then switch!
Round 2:
  • Row 500m
  • Hold the top of a deadlift (185lb/135lbs), then switch!
Round 3:
  • Row 500m
  • Plank, then switch!
