Partner “Filthy Fifty-ish….”

As one partner completes a 100m farmer’s carry, the other makes their way through the following:

  • 75 Box jump, 24″
  • 75 Jumping pull-ups
  • 75 Kettlebell swings (53lb/35lb)
  • 75 Walking Lunges
  • 75 Knees to elbows
  • 75 Push press (45lb)
  • 75 Wall ball shots, (20lb/14lb)
  • 75 Burpees
  • 75 Double unders
