Announcement!

Know anyone who wants to do CrossFit but is not sure about joining a class? We are introducing our new Summer On-Ramp programs, designed to “ramp” you up to the complexities and intensity of CrossFit! There are 12 sessions, 3 days a week for a month. These classes are designed for more personal attention and to give you a better understanding of the fundamental movements used in the classes. First program starts May 7th-June 1st!
