“Connect 4” (Partner workout/Teams of 2)

Each partner must complete 5 rounds of each exercise in the circuit:

  • 10 Dead lifts (185/135lbs)
  • 20 Wall balls (20/14lbs)
  • 150 m Plate Carry (45/25lbs)
  • 350 m Row

Each person starts at a different station and completes all the required reps. The partners rotate together when they have both completed their stations.
