20min AMRAP, alternating each exercise:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 V-ups
  • 10 Shuttle runs (20m)
  • 10 cal Row
  • 10 DB Snatch (30lb/20lb)

  1. A bunch of my friends and coworkers are in the video. The one woman with the “look in the mirror” comment has lost 40lbs and cut her diabetes medication in half.
