Partner Workout!

Partners alternate  between the static hold and paired exercise until they reach the required number of reps! If the partner loses the hold, they must switch.

Starts with 400m run

  • Deadlift hold (185lb/135lb)
  • 50 Burpees
  • Chin hold above bar
  •  75 Wall balls (20lb/14lb)
  • Overhead plate hold (45lb/25lb)
  • 100 Situps

Ends with a 400m run
