PARTNER WORKOUT!

For 20 min, one partner runs 400m with a plate (25lb/45lb), while the other completes as many rounds as possible of:

  • 5 Ring Pushups
  • 10 Box Jumps (20″/24″)
  • 15 Situps

When the partner returns from the run they switch!
