Get a group together and go compete!

Skill/Strength: Handstand Pushups & Rope climbs

Partner Workout!

With one person working at a time, as a team complete 2 rounds of:

  • 10 Rope climbs
  • 1000m row (250m at a time)
  • 100 Double Unders (20 at a time)
  • 100 Squats

We hope some of you will make it up to Bend for the CrossFit summer games! We had fun competing at the 2011 winter games, and you can learn a lot from doing competitions! Also, it will be fun to just go watch and support our members who are competing, so check your calendar and make your way to Bend in August!
