Field Trip! We are meeting at Evviva and then running to a secret location! If you can’t run, please bring a car or bike to make it to the location.

Teams of three, everyone working at a time, one person at each station!

30min AMRAP:

  • 20m Tire Drag
  • 15 Burpee Ball Slams
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings

Everyone must do all three exercises to count as 1 round!
