  • Squat Snatch (135lb/95lb)

OR…

“Fran”

21-15-9 reps of:

  • Thrusters (95lb/65lb)
  • Pullups

12 min time cap!

If you cannot do muscle ups or are not proficient at them, you will be doing “Fran”! This is for Byron’s Birthday so come play with us!!
