Alright everyone, start waking up early and come try out Sydney’s NEW classes!

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00am and 8:00am will be Endurance Circuit Training! These classes will be a great addition to your CrossFit training and/or for working on your conditioning and weight loss!

Bring a friend that you know that might be intimidated by CrossFit and/or needs to get into shape before joining a class and get your workout in early!

First class is FREE for first timers! Hope everyone is having a good summer so far!

Skill/Strength: Handstand work: walks, shoulder touches, pushups etc.

Partner Workout!

600m run, then complete a 25 min AMRAP as a team by alternating every exercise of:

  • 10 Wall balls (20lb/14lb)
  • 10 Pullups
  • 10 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
