THE CLASSICAL AMRAP
This week we are going to experiment with classical music!
Everyday this week will be a time priority workout, a.k.a AMRAP, to a classical song. Come experience what kind of affect this type of music can have on your workouts! Look, you might like it, you might not, but come have some fun!
Skill/Strength: KB Swings
Beethoven: Symphony No. 5 (Fourth Movement) AMRAP (10:55) of:
- 5 Pushups
- 10 Goblet Squats (53lb/35lbs)
- 20 KB Swings (53lb/35lbs)
Make sure everyone you don’t fall under some of these BAD forms… watch carefully!
