THE CLASSICAL AMRAP
This week we are going to experiment with classical music!
Everyday this week will be a time priority workout, a.k.a AMRAP, to a classical song. Come experience what kind of affect this type of music can have on your workouts! Look, you might like it, you might not, but come have some fun!

- Wall-ball (20lb) 10 ft target
- Sumo deadlift high-pull, (75lb/53lb)
- Box Jump, (20″/24″)
- Push-press (75lb)
- Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
