Outdoor Workouts!

Everyday this week we will be adventuring outside! We may meet in parks or at Evviva, so keep a look out for where we are meeting!  Bring your sunscreen, water bottles and fun hats for some good ol’ leg breaking workouts!!

  • 50 m Overhead Plate Lunge(45/25)
  • 50 m Tire Drag
