Skill/Strength: Bench Press

Partner Workout!

3 min AMRAP:

  • Partner wall balls

Rest 1min then…

EMOM: 5 Burpees

 

  • 2k row as a team (switch every 250m)

As a team, you must complete a 3k row, but every minute on the minute one partner must do 5 burpees!
