Thanks again to everyone for the GREAT baby shower! A special thanks to Krista, Kris, and Katrina for hosting it! Everyone’s generosity was overwhelming! We really believe that CrossFit is one big family and we can’t wait for everyone to meet our new addition!

Skill Strength: Strict Press 3 x 5

10min AMRAP:

  • 5 Renagade Rows (35lb/25lb)
  • 10 Front squats (35lb/25lb)
  • 15 Push press (35lb/25lb)

Ok I promise …no more pregnancy stuff for a while after this! Ha!
