Baby Time!!

It’s Time!

Baby time that is! We are on our way to the hospital now! Check the schedule for temporary class changes and cancellations. Here are some homework workouts too that you can do if you can’t make it into the gym during those times! Thanks for everyone’s support and wish us luck!

Schedule for the rest of the week:

  • 8/30/12: Normal classes times!
  • 8/31/12: Morning classes cancelled, afternoon normal times!
  • 9/1/12: Normal class times

Check the online schedule for next week and sign in like normal!

WOD for tomorrow 8/30/12:

20min EMOM of:

  • 5 Burpee Pullups

or

20min EMOM of:

  • 3 Power snatch Min 1-5
  • 2 Power snatch Min 6-10
  • 1 Power snatch Min 11-20

If you have not done power snatches or are not comfortable with them, do the 5 burpee pullups every minute on the minute!

Here are some homework workouts if you need them!

  1. 21-15-9: Push-up / Squats
  2. 21-15-9: Burpee / Sit-ups
  3.  1 mile run for time
  4. 1 mile run with 10 squats, every min on the min
  5. 150 squats for time
  6. 100 double-unders for time
  7. 200 lunges for time
  8. 5 min AMRAP: 5 jump squats /10m long jump /15 box jumps
  9. 3 Rounds: 20 burpees / 20 v-ups

BODY WEIGHT FILTHY FIFTY :

  • 50 push-up
  • 50 squats
  • 50 situp
  • 50 lunges
  • 50 burpees
